Very cool place to stay the views are incredible! Good restaurant attached to the hotel. Best part of the stay was the staff, they were very friendly and accommodating! Quirky town definitely worth a visit!
At first site it is exactly what I expected, a old spooky hotel. The people at the desk were very kind. Rooms are large and clean. And as a pest professional I like a clean room. The parking is terrible but nothing they can do about that. It's on top of a hill. Even though I didn't see any ghosts it was fun.
Awesome hotel and experience. We stayed in a balcony room overlooking the valley. Waking up and drinking coffee there was a truly relaxing experience. The ghost tour was great. My wife is into that, I'm not. Still, they provided plenty of history about the hospital and the town to make it interesting for me.
Stayed 2 nights in room 35 not much happened. The last night we did have a loud bang on the closet door. Rooms were clean staff was great. Shaquil was awesome hooked me up good that dude has awesome customer service really made sure me and my wife enjoyed our anniversary.
The view from the front facing rooms is AMAZING. I went with a ghost hunting group. We didn't get any activity while we were there. I stayed in room 37B, the room where a girl committed suicide. I was too scared to sleep, but it was awesome! The original elevators are still in use and it was cool to use one of those old fashioned elevators for the first time. You can tell that it's an old hotel. There is a lot of antique furniture in the halls. The rooms themselves are average. The people at the front desk were so amazing, answering all of our questions. They even let us investigate some empty rooms. Overall, a great experience.
